The Training and Internship Placement (TIP) Cell of Nirmala Institute of Education successfully organized a 4-day Student Skilling Program in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector from 23rd to 27th March 2026, with a holiday observed on 26th March 2026 on the occasion of Ram Navami.
NIE-SAC Vruskha Raksha Bandhan celebration held on 23rd August 2021
The Nirmala Institute of Education, Panjim Goa -Swachhata Abhiyan Cell celebrated the Vruksha Raksha Bandhan as a gesture of protecting and safeguarding our green siblings for a better tomorrow.
On this occasion the Officiating Principal Dr. Delia Antao along with the Faculty tied a handcrafted Rakhi around a Copper Pod tree in the campus. The NIE-Director Dr. Rita Paes unveiled the NIE-SAC activity planner for the academic year 2021-22.
As part of the curriculum the NIE-Swachhata Abhiyan Cell which was set up in 2019 has been initiating several programs for the teacher trainees partly in accordance with the MGNCRE and the Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) guidelines. The Institute recently won the MGNCRE ‘One District One Green Champion 2021’ award for North Goa District.
