The 'ART GALLERY VISIT AT FUNDACAO ORIENTE- PANJIM ' was part of the Art Appreciation session conducted for the S.Y. B.Ed. Trainees in the subject 'Art & Aesthetics-Visual Art' by Mr.Raymond Pereira (Asst. Professor in Visual Arts), from 28th March - 1st April 2022.
The Art Gallery hosts a permanent collection of artworks by renowned Goan Artist Mr. Antonio Xavier Trindade (1870-1935).
It was an aesthetically nourishing visit for the trainees as the artworks took them down in the history of the last century. The nostalgia and reminisces the artwork portrayed were truly breathtaking. The sheer mastery of A. X. Trindade was very well known across the country and the world over in art circles.
