Nirmala Institute of Education organized a Human Rights and Advocacy Session on 5th January 2026 for the First Year B.Ed. students. The session was conducted by Br. Tino who guided the students through key concepts related to human rights and social responsibility. The programme was attended by the Principal, faculty members, and First Year teacher trainees.
IMMERSIVE ART EXPERIENCE - MINDFULNESS
As part of the curriculum under the aegis of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell -IQAC, the Faculty of Art & Aesthetics -Visual Arts, Mr. Raymond Pereira conducted a session ‘Immersive Art Experience -MINDFULNESS’ for the F.Y. B.Ed. Trainees. The objective of the session was to inculcate in each of the young teacher aspirants the finer nuances of art.
During the session the young aspirants were given a blank unit of paper, wherein each one expressed themselves through drawing, writing quotes, poems, etc. The final artwork was done collating all the units / pieces together to form a design - a Kusudama flower, which was turned into a Mindfulness Tree Bloom.
