Ed students by Ms. Shanice Lourenço, College Counsellor. The workshop aimed to promote self-awareness, foster meaningful relationships with self and others, and familiarise students with the counselling services available on campus.

Under the aegis of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Rooted to Rise: An Interactive Self-Discovery Workshop was conducted for all the FY B. Ed students by Ms. Shanice Lourenço, College Counsellor. The workshop aimed to promote self-awareness, foster meaningful relationships with self and others, and familiarise students with the counselling services available on campus.
Through engaging reflective and creative activities, students explored their strengths, values, aspirations, and personal growth. The workshop encouraged students to begin their college journey with greater self-understanding, a stronger sense of belonging, and the confidence to grow with intention.
